Publix Super Markets and its customers have helped raise millions of dollars over the years, by selling paper torches for Special Olympics Florida during the month of January. Publix Super Markets is a member of the Special Olympics Florida Hall of Fame.

ExxonMobil raises funds for Special Olympics Florida through special events. The renewed spirit of ExxonMobil will no doubt bring greater assistance to our organization in the coming years.

The Florida Law Enforcement Torch Run is the largest annual public relations and fund-raising event amongst Special Olympics Florida and law enforcement agencies.  Statewide, the participating chiefs, officers, sheriffs, deputies, agents and cadets from virtually every branch of federal, state, county and municipal law enforcement, represent a total of over 300 different agencies. 

Funds are generated through the sale of the popular Torch Run T-shirts and hats, and through various local fundraising events. You can support Special Olympics Florida and your local law enforcement agency by taking part in one of the many fun events they hold throughout the year or by buying this year's Law Enforcement Torch Run commemorative t-shirt or hat.

Procter & Gamble is one of Special Olympics’ longstanding corporate partners, having supported the movement since 1980.   Each January P&G brands are featured in their brandSAVER® promotion throughout the United States offering valueable coupons in a free-standing insert included in national newspapers.  P&G has raised more than $37 million in the United States over the span of the partnership and Special Olympics has consistently driven sales, market share and incremental retail activity.  P&G is a member of the Special Olympics Florida Hall of Fame.

Florida's Sun Sports (formerly known as Sunshine Network) continues their long standing support of Special Olympics Florida by providing donated broadcast time for four separate half-hour programs shown throughout the year as well as producing public-service announcements for our events. Sun Sports reaches 6.4 million cable households in Florida. Sun Sports is a member of the Special Olympics Florida Hall of Fame.

A member of the Special Olympics family since 1973, the Legion Family (American Legion, Sons of American Legion, and the American Legion Auxiliary) have helped support the Mission of Special Olympics Florida unlike any other organization. The Legion Family places high importance on preserving American traditions and values, improving the quality of life for our nation's children, caring for veterans and their families, and teaching the fundamentals of good citizenship. Each post has flexibility in planning programs and activities for organizations, and Special Olympics Florida is appreciative that we have been chosen as one of their charities for support. Florida Professional Firefighters, Inc. (F.P.F.) is a state association comprised of 150 local affiliates and councils with a membership of over 24,000 firefighters and emergency medical Services personnel.  The primary service provided by the F.P.F. is to be a governmental relations advocate, and conduct a year-round legislative and lobbying program in Florida's State Capitol.  Throughout the years, the F.P.F. has come to be recognized as one of the most effective and respected voices.   The members of F.P.F. -- Florida Heroes --  are proud to endorse and support Special Olympics Florida, with both time and money, to ensure that our athletes are living the best quality of life they deserve.  The F.P.F. will also be the presenting sponsor of our annual Polar Plunge event held in January.

Since the inception of Special Olympics programs, the Knights of Columbus have generously supported the efforts of our athletes.
